What to send
Your takedown notice must include:
- Your full legal name and contact details (email and phone).
- Proof of ownership of the copyrighted work (registration, signed studio contract, or public credit).
- The exact URL(s) on 3Patti Bazar where the material appears.
- A description of the material and the reason you believe it infringes.
- A signed statement (electronic signature is fine) that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
Where to send it
Email your complete notice to dmca@3pattibazar.pk with the subject line “DMCA takedown request”. Incomplete or bulk-generated requests will be rejected.
Our response
Valid notices are reviewed within 48 hours. Confirmed infringements are removed or de-indexed and you receive a confirmation email. You may be asked for clarifying evidence before we act.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, email a counter-notice to the same address with: your identification, the exact removed URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was made in error or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
3Patti Bazar terminates the accounts of contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Bad-faith notices
Filing a false takedown notice is a serious legal offence. Please only submit a notice if you are the rights holder or their authorised agent.
